In an interview with GamesBeat, Blizzard said that the Nintendo Switch version of Diablo 2: Resurrected is "running like butter." Some tweaks have been made to accommodate for the Nintendo Switch version when fans are playing it in handheld mode as opposed to dock mode, with adjustments made to text and the general layout due to the smaller screen. However, Blizzard and Vicarious Visions seem confident that the Switch version of Diablo 2: Resurrected is performing well. The Diablo 2: Resurrected pre-release marketing hasn't focused a ton on the Nintendo Swtich version, leading to some concern about how the game may turn out compared to its counterparts on other platforms.
